Citroen C3 To Be Launched In India On THIS Date — Interior, Power And Mileage | SEE PICS

The C3 would be the next big launch from Citroen in India and here is a quick overview of what to expect from this new car. Citroen calls this a hatchback inspired by SUV design cues while the positioning is closer to a premium hatchback of sorts. The C3 would be launched with two petrol engines and the range would start with 12.l petrol with 86ps and a more powerful 110ps 1.2l turbo petrol. The turbo petrol makes more torque than bigger subcompact SUVs at 190Nm. (Image: Citroen) 

The fuel efficiency of the 1.2l petrol is 19.8 kmpl while the turbo petrol is 19.4 kmpl. The 1.2l standard petrol comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox while the 1.2l turbo has a 6-speed manual gearbox. No automatic is offered. (Image: Citroen) 

The interior comes with grey or orange inserts and has a 10-inch touchscreen plus wireless smartphone connectivity, front/rear USB fast charging plus dual airbags, steering mounted controls, rear parking sensors etc. (Image: Citroen) 

There is manual air conditioning while it misses out on a rear wiper along with central placement for the window switches. The C3 claims to have high seating and an AC design for faster cooling plus a 315l boot space. (Image: Citroen) 

The C3 will come with 4 single tone and two dual tone colours along with 3 packs with 56 customization options. Plus 70 accessories would be offered at the dealer level.
