This year, Varanasi observed a notable influx of devotees, with a considerable crowd gathering at the Dashashwamedh Ghat and Assi Ghat, among others.
It is noteworthy that the Purnima commenced on Sunday, November 26, at 3:53 PM and will continue until 2:45 PM today.
Consequently, devotees started arriving at the Ganga ghats in Varanasi since last night.
The fervor extended beyond Varanasi, as devotees in Patna also participated in the Ganga snan and performed worship rituals on the Ganga ghats.
Similar to Varanasi, Patna witnessed a large turnout of devotees at the Ganga ghats, demonstrating the widespread observance of Kartik Purnima.
