The Supreme Court has expressed its displeasure over the non-compliance of its order in the Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) case. The court has issued a notice to the telecom companies who have not paid their dues. On October 24 last year, the Supreme Court upheld the government's definition of AGR as correct. Companies said that only license fees and spectrum charges come under the AGR.
