Dosa is one of the he most popular South Indian dishes enjoyed by people across the country. Though the ingredients may vary a little depending upon the region, a new version of this treat will make you cringe. In a video that has gone viral on social media a man is seen making paan dosa. Yes, you heard that right. The clip of the fluorescent green-coloured dish was recently shared on the microblogging site Twitter by a user named Happy.
In the two-minute-long video, one can see a man pour green dosa batter onto a huge tava. He then adds some butter and other ingredients like paan, tutti frutti, dry fruits and gulkand to the batter. The cook also puts a lot of paan syrup and then mixes the ingredients to form a thick paste.
The bizarre combination of the Crispy, crunchy and delicious dish has shocked food lovers.
Since being shared on Twitter the video has amassed 153k views and tons of comments criticising the weird combination.
"I love Pan .. i love Dosa .. but this one .. noooooo . How do I unsee this," wrote one user after watching the viral video.
"yuck...I must have a proper masale dosae at MTR today as prayashchita for watching this video," commented another user on the post.
"Look at the amount of food colour he’s dumped in the batter!! Fluorescent green is definitely not from pan alone,' commented a third.
