New Delhi: Indian street food vendors have aced the game of experimenting with different cuisines. And the very popular snack, Nesltle's Maggi noodles, often finds itself at the centre of these experiments.
After Maggi kheer, Maggi laddu and Rooh Afza Maggi, the latest Maggi video to hit the internet is of an Ahmedabad vendor making his Maggi bhajiyas.
One video is being shared widely on Twitter, with users posting hilarious comments.
However, while Rooh Afza Maggi or Maggi kheer and laddu were outright rejected by the viewers, there seem to be takers for Maggi bhajiyas.
The video shows the vendor first boiling the noodles and adding the Maggi masala into it. He then mixes it with chopped onions, capsicums, cauliflower and green chillies, before adding a dash of cheese. Finally, he adds some besan, makes balls out of the mixture and deep-fries them to be served with two types of sauces and some more grated cheese sprinkled on top.
In the video, the vendor can be heard saying he has been doing the job for the past eight years.
Posting the video, Twitter user Mohammed Futurewala commented: “Maggi must be like meri shaktiyon ka galat istemal ho raha hai.”

Reactions poured in as the post was retweeted by many.
“I can’t unsee this,” posted one user, while another called it innovative.
“...bahut swaad lag raha hai,” posted one person, while yet another user said “This looks good, but that extra cheese at last was not needed..”
