Royal Enfield Bullet now comes with a rear disc brake



With the recent government safety norms in place, most two-wheeler manufacturers are equipping their bikes with the safety net of ABS. And, RE seems to be leading the charge by adding the essential safety net to most of its bikes. Although the Royal Enfield Bullet doesn't get ABS just yet, it does get the basic equipment (rear disc brake) which is required for dual-channel ABS to function. Honda Launches X-Blade With ABS



The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has launched the X-Blade with the safety net of single-channel ABS. Priced at Rs 87,776 the ABS variant commands a premium of around Rs 8,000 over the standard variant. For more details, click here.


 


New Bajaj Platina 110 with CBS launched



One of the best selling bikes from Bajaj's portfolio gets updated for the upcoming year. The Platina 110 gets new graphics to set it apart from the 100cc variant, a bigger engine, combined braking system (CBS) and a nifty little child footrest which replaces the conventional rear footrest. UM Renegade Commando Classic carb variant launched 



After launching the carburetted versions of the Renegade Sport S and Commando, UM has updated the Renegade Commando Classic with a carburettor. Though the Commando Classic carb undercuts the fuel-injected variant by Rs 5,000, it also loses out on some power. For more details, click here.


 


Yamaha YZF-R3 recalled in India 



The Yamaha YZF-R3 has been recalled once again in India due to a faulty radiator hose and a hose clamp. Yamaha India has stated that it will contact customers individually through their dealership network to get the problem rectified, at no extra cost. Here's everything you need to know.


 


Royal Enfield Scrambler spotted testing 



This is the second instance where the RE Scrambler has been spotted testing on India roads. The spy pictures clearly indicate the bikes Scrambler characteristics. Cleveland Ace Deluxe price dropped
