Thousands of farmers continue to camp at the borders of national capital demanding the PM Narendra Modi-led government to repeal the three farm bills enacted in 2020. The farmers so far have held several rounds of negotiations with the centre with each talk turning inclusive yet and have now called for a nationwide agitation on February 6. Meanwhile, Delhi police has installed music systems at the Singhu Border between the national capital and Haryana, where the farmers are protesting against the new farm laws.


A video has emerged where patriotic song 'Sandese Aate Hain' from the Bollywood film 'Border' can be heard playing on loudspeaker while the police force continues to Patrol at the borders.

The video has been shared by a Twitter handle called Tasneem Haider, which while posting the short clip said "Music systems have been installed in many places at the Singhu border to increase the vigor. Ptriotic songs are being played."


According to the reports, many of the protesters have demanded the government and police force to shut down the loudspeakers before they can go ahead with talks with the centre.

The farmers protesting in Delhi since November 2020,  are adment over demand to repeal the laws, and have now called for a nationwide agitation on February 6. Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav said the national and state highways will be blocked from 12 noon to 3 p.m. on February 6.


One of the major demands of the farmers is that the Minimum Support Price (MSP) be made a legal provision to assure a better price to them.
