New Delhi: Delivering a blistering response to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan for raking up the Kashmir issue in his address to the United Nations General Assembly, a young Indian diplomat has slammed Islamabad for misusing platforms provided by the UN to propagate false and malicious propaganda against New Delhi.

India’s first secretary at the United Nations, Sneha Dubey, while exercising the country’s right to reply said Islamabad has an established history of aiding and abetting the terrorists.

She told the member nations know that Pakistan has a policy of harbouring, aiding and actively supporting the terrorists.

The Indian diplomat said Pakistan is an “arsonist” disguising itself as a “fire-fighter”, adding the entire world has suffered because of its policies as the country nurtures terrorists in its backyard.

Dubey said this is not the first time the leader of Pakistan has resorted to spread false and malicious propaganda against India.

The Indian representative at the United Nations said these attempts are nothing but seeking in vain to divert the global attention from the sad state of Pakistan where terrorists are roaming free.

The young Indian diplomat stated that Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh were, are and will always be an integral and inalienable part of India, adding Pakistan must vacate all areas under its illegal occupation.

“This includes the areas that are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan. We call upon Pakistan to immediately vacate all areas under its illegal occupation,” she said.

Dubey further said the minorities in Pakistan live in constant fear and added it is state sponsored suppression of their rights.

The Indian diplomat said New Delhi desires normal relations with all its neighbours, including Pakistan.

She added it is, however, for Pakistan to work sincerely towards creating a conducive atmosphere.
