Watch: Man refused to get down from motorbike, traffic police towed him along with two-wheeler in Kanpur

New Delhi: People of Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh (UP) witnessed a different scene on road altogether on Wednesday. They saw traffic police truck towing a bike along with its rider sitting on the two-wheeler. Actually, the traffic police of this industrial town of the UP towed a motorbike with man sitting on it when he refused to get down. The incident happened on Bada Chauraha area of Kanpur. Those who testified this strange incident were shocked. In the video, the person can be seen wearing a white helmet, sitting on the bike while holding a chain of the tow truck.
