New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a video of the son of Telangana BJP president and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar allegedly assaulting another student on a university campus in Telangana has gone viral on social media.
The accused has been identified as Sai Bhageerath, son of Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay.

Police said that a case has been registered against Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar' son, Sai Bhageerath, here on Tuesday.
A video message has surfaced where the victim stated that he was beaten up by Sai Bhageerath as he misbehaved with a girl, who happens to be the sister of one of his other friends. He further stated that the matter has been resolved now and there is no enmity between them.
Based on the complaint given by the Head of the Disciplinary Committee of the institute, an FIR was registered against Kumar's son at Dundigal police station under Sections 323 (causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and other relevant provisions of the IPC, a senior police official told PTI.
