Sudiksha got scholarship to study at Babson College, USA

Sudiksha Bhati could have been a face that would eventually bring laurels to her hometown and state, had she not been the victim of the sorry state of affairs in the region. A meritorious student, Sudiksha had made news due to her excellence in study and bagged a scholarship from Babson College, USA. Hailing from a small village located in UP's Dadri, she was the daughter of Jitendra Bhati who is a tea seller by profession.

Not from a financially well-off background, she made a mark when she topped from Bulandshahr district in the Intermediate examinations of 2018. After HCL gave her a scholarship of Rs 3 crore 80 lakh, Sudiksha Bhati went to higher education in America.

She had returned to her hometown in June amid the coronavirus induced lockdown and had plans to return back to US on August 20.

The incident comes close on the heels on the Kanpur brazen shootout in which several cops were killed.
