The poem reads:
“Our feet uncarpets, their boots unwrapped;
Our nights blissful, their’s stressful,
It’s our life to live, because it’s their’s to give
The heroes should not remain unsung, because we can’t imagine their plight;
Our country goes stronger and boulder because their’s is the fight;
The fight of a soldier”
With the ongoing unrest at the Line of Control and wrath in the hearts and minds of every Indian after losing our soldiers due to the Pakistan firing at the border; the poem has been written at an apt time and right spirit.
