New Delhi: The video of Pune bank cashier Premlata Shinde, which went viral about two weeks ago has an untold story behind.  The Internet mocked her for being too slow, but Premlata Shinde, who has survived a paralysis stroke and two heart attacks, has come out to be an inspiration instead.


The lady was video recorded while she seen ‘slowly’ doing her clerical work. The video which was shared by an active Facebook user made had Shinde, who worked at Bank of Maharashtra’s Pune branch very carefully doing her work.  The truth behind her story can be an eye opener for many of us.

Many of us give up on our lives too soon, the rest of us give up on ourselves. But, the ‘fastest cashier’ lady survived two heart attacks and a paralysis attack.

The woman who lost her husband sometime back has to fend for herself, and works hard for the same. Her office management is aware of her ailment and has allotted her a special desk for the same.

With the social media growing at such a large pace, the video got immediate attention and got shared hundreds of times.

We all have heard the saying, never judge the book by its cover. This holds very true in Shinde’s case.
