PM Kisan Yojana: Govt. Makes Big Change In PMKSNY, Now This Needs To Be Done To Get Rs. 6,000 In Account

PM Kisan Yojana: The government has added a major clause to avail money in this scheme. If you too want to benefit from this scheme, you need to have your ration card in person while applying.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The government has made major changes in the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PMKSNY). If you too want to take advantage of this scheme, you should definitely check this news quickly. From now onwards, farmers need to present their Ration Card along with all other documents to avail the scheme. Any farmer who does not submit their ration card along with other documents would not be able to benefit from this scheme. 

Ration cards to be submitted at the time of registration:
In view of ongoing frauds to avail the PM Kisan scheme, the government has taken the step of making ration cards a compulsory document during application. This means that farmers who do not have a ration card would not be able to avail this scheme. Under the new guidelines, ration cards have been made mandatory for farmers who have already registered for this scheme as well as for farmers who would avail for this scheme in the future. Farmers and their family members would be able to benefit from this scheme only after sharing their ration card number. 

Soft copy to be uploaded online:
A soft copy of the ration card along with all other documents needs to be uploaded to the portal. In addition, farmers who are currently availing the scheme will also have to upload their ration card number on the portal. 

PM Kisan Scheme Document List:

  • The applicant could not own more than 2 hectares of land.
  • 1. Papers proving ownership of agricultural land.
  • 2. Aadhaar Card
  • 3. Identity card
  • 4. ID Proof like Driving License or Voter ID
  • 5. Bank Account Passbook
  • 6. Working Mobile Number
  • 7. Address Proof
  • 8. Documents of farm details including size of land.
  • 9. One Passport Size Photo

10th instalment to be debited by December 15:
The government has so far transferred 9 instalments under this scheme and the 10th instalment will be transferred soon. The Central Government is planning to release the 10th instalment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana by December 15, 2021. 

Recipients to get Rs. 6000:
You might be aware of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which provides financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per annum to the farmers. Under this scheme, 3 instalments of Rs. 2000 each are issued to every recipient. It has been reported that 11.37 Crore farmers have benefited from this scheme so far. The government has transferred Rs 1.58 lakh Crore under the scheme so far. 

So who all can avail this scheme?
In order to avail this scheme, you should be between 18 and 40 years old. In addition, you need to have 2 hectares of cultivable land. Farmers who do not have cultivable land cannot avail of this scheme.
