Petrol-Diesel Prices: Fuel Prices Surge Again In Delhi Today, Know New Rates

Petrol Diesel Price: In Delhi, petrol cost has increased to Rs 106.89 per litre while diesel rose to Rs 95.62 per litre on Friday.

Petrol Diesel Price: As of Friday, petrol in New Delhi costs Rs 106.89 per litre and diesel is available for Rs 95.62 per litre. According to new figures, petrol prices in Delhi have gone up by 35 paise while diesel prices have also gone up by 35 paise.

In Mumbai, petrol prices have soared to Rs 112.78 per litre and diesel is Rs 103.63 per litre. In Kolkata, petrol costs Rs 107.45 per litre while diesel is priced at Rs 98.73 per litre. In Chennai, petrol now costs Rs 103.92 per litre and diesel Rs 99.92 per litre.

Surge in Fuel prices

Petrol and diesel prices have increased for the second consecutive day on Thursday. In Delhi, petrol prices rose 35 paise to Rs 106.54 per litre and diesel prices increased 45 paise to Rs 95.27 a litre, which is the highest difference recorded for diesel prices this year.

Petrol price in the economic capital Mumbai has now gone up to Rs 112.45 per litre while diesel prices have shot to Rs 103.36 per litre. The diesel rates have increased on 21 out of the last 27 days taking up its retail price by Rs 6.75 per litre in Delhi. Fuel is selling in several states of the country at more than Rs 100 per litre. The petrol prices were raised on 18 of the previous 23 days taking up its pump price by Rs 5.35 per litre
