The act apparently carried out by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad reflected in the school board of Rashtriya Sewak Sangh conducted school of Saraswati Shishu Mandir and Vidya Mandir. The banner of the school showed Iswarpur in the name of place.

When asked, the principal of the school denied any knowledge about the change and said he had no idea who changed the name.

The school is a 540-student school that runs upto class 8. The school’s address in the government communication shows Islampur, but the school’s pick-up van shows it as Iswarpur.
