Noida: Bajrang Dal man shot dead for allegedly opposing gambling, three arrested
The Police have registered a case and are still looking for the suspects who fired at the man.
NEW DELHI: A 25-year-old man who was shot at by unidentified assailants outside his house in Noida’s Sector 8 on Thursday.
The family says that some people took 25-year-old Ajay Kumar out of the house and after a while, they heard gunshots.
The family alleges that Ajay had raised objection over gambling outside his home and that was the reason why he was killed. The deceased received bullet injuries and was taken to nearby Kailash hospital where he succumbed to injuries during treatment.
Ajay was a Bajrang Dal worker. He was a resident of Khagaria district of Bihar and lived in JJ Colony of Noida Sector-8. His brother works at the sector 20 police station.
In the protest against the incident, people of the area created a ruckus outside the hospital and Sector 20 police station. The Police have registered a case and have arrested three suspects who fired at the man.
