New Delhi: Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government will take a considered decision in challenging controversial RJD strongman Mohammad Shahabuddin's bail plea in Supreme Court. Noted lawyer Prashant Bhushan will challenge former RJD parliamentarian Mohammed Shahabuddin's bail plea in the Supreme court.
This is what Prashant tweeted:

The case had hit the headlines in August 2004 when Girish, Satish and their third brother Rajiv Roshan - sons of Siwan businessman Chandra Keshwar Prasad - were picked up by the henchmen of Shahabuddin and taken to his native village Pratappur, where they were given an acid bath. Girish and Satish died.
Earlier on Wednesday, wife of Rajdev Ranjan, Asha Ranjan filed the plea through advocate Kislay Panday and has sought relief seeking CBI interference.
