Mumbai: In yet another tragic incident which took place in Maharashtra today, a fire has been reported in the Exchange building, located at the Ballard Estate area in Mumbai. It is worth noting that the building also houses office of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) which is currently investigating Rhea Chakraborty drugs case.


Fire tenders have reached the spot and efforts to douse the fire has begun. As of now, the extent of fire has not been ascertained and no reports of any severe damage or injury has come.

The NCB office is located on the third floor of the building. It is being said that a short circuit caused the fire.
