New Delhi: Troubles are brewing up for veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay Mimoh Chakraborty and his wife and former actress Yogeeta Bali.

A woman has filed a rape complaint against Mimoh at the Rohini Court and has alleged involvement of his mother Yogeeta Bali in the entire matter.

Rohini Court has ordered registration of FIR against Mithun’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay.

As per initial reports, the charges that have been levelled are of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent.

As per reports, the woman has stated in her complaint that she had been in a relationship with Mahaakshay since the year 2015. She has alleged that they got into a physical relationship after Mahaakshay made promises of marriage.


The allegations have come at a time when Mimoh is rumoured to tie the nuptial knot with South actress and alleged girlfriend Madalsa Sharma.
