New Delhi: Kiran Gosavi, who has been a witness in the Drugs on Cruise Ship case has been arrested by the Pune police according to ABP News sources. KP Gosavi or Kiran Gosavi is the same man who is in the viral selfie with Aryan Khan.
Earlier, Amitabh Gupta, Pune Police Commissioner had informed Kiran Gosavi has been detained.

Kiran Gosavi was arrested in Pune three days after he claimed he would surrender at a police station in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. In a video he released, he said that Prabhakar Sail is lying.
"Prabhakar Sail is lying. All I want to request is his CDR report must be released. My CDR report or chats can be released, Prabhakar Sail & his brother's CDR reports, as well as chats, should be released, everything will be clear," he was quoted by ANI.
He further added that now the Mumbai Police is investigating the matter, the truth will come out about Prabhakar.
He then continued, "all I want is that some minister, any leader, whether in the opposition, whether in the government, should support me and convene the police to investigate this matter of mine...the truth will be in uncover itself"
Prabhakar Sail, who is the personal bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi and also a witness in the Mumbai cruise ship raid case has alleged that he took Rs 50 lakh from an individual after the raid at the cruise ship.

Earlier on Monday, October 25, Lucknow witnessed high drama around midnight after Gosavi, against whom a lookout notice is out, said he wanted to surrender before the Uttar Pradesh police as he felt ‘threatened’ in Maharashtra.
He has been arrested for a 2018 case, the case was registered against Gosavi with Faraskhana police station of Pune city on May 19, 2018, for allegedly committing fraud by promising a person a job in Malaysia by taking money.
However, he neither returned the money nor offered the job to the complainant. The accused was booked under sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with relevant sections of the Intellectual Technology (IT) Act. A similar case has been registered against Gosavi, at the Kelwa Police station in Palghar on October 18. As per the police, he had duped people of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of sending them abroad for jobs.
