" They have given a contract to..people…some within the country and some..,outside the country to dig Modi’s grave”
Please let us know the names of these:
1) individuals
2) institutions or
3) countries
This cannot be a state secret. Let us prosecute them
Sibal’s comments have come after PM Modi addressed a gathering at Rani Kamalapati railway station in Bhopal on March 1 after flagging off a Vande Bharat Express train. In a Tweet today, Sibal said, “Please let us know the names of these individuals, institutions and countries."
PM Modi had said that some people are hellbent on sullying his image. He charged these people have been given a "supari" (contract) to dent his image.
“There are some people in our country who have been determined since 2014, spoken publicly and declared their resolve that they will tarnish Modi's image. For this, they have given 'supari' (contract) to various people," the Prime Minister remarked, as quoted by news agency PTI.
The Prime Minister commented that they are colluding with certain people sitting in India and also outside the country.
He further remarked, "Some people are sitting inside the country to support these people and some are doing their work sitting outside the country. These people have been continuously trying to spoil and dent Modi's image,” as quoted by PTI.
Modi said such people have taken a pledge that "Modi Teri Kabar Khudegi”.
He went on to say that “India's poor, the middle class, tribals, Dalits, backward classes and every Indian has become the security cover of Modi, which made these people furious forcing them to adopt new tricks.”
His comments came amid the ongoing slugfest between the INC and BJP over Rahul Gandhi's "democracy under brutal attack in India" remarks in the UK earlier.
These remarks have also come after Germany said it took note of Rahul's disqualification from Lok Sabha. The saffron party has accused the former Congress president of "inviting foreign powers" for interfering in India's internal issues, a claim denied by the grand old party.
