Col. Musavi described it as a significant setback to terrorist organisations operating on the other side of the Line of Control (LoC), saying it prevented them (terrorist groups) from delivering a sizable cache of weapons, ammunition, and grenades intended to spark violence and unrest in the Valley.
After a search of three days, a hideout along the Nala, quite close to the LoC was discovered on Thursday, the PRO further said.
According to the PRO, "On September 27, the Indian Army commenced a search operation along Naushera Nard until the LoC in Gurez sector based on intelligence from police and human sources."
