IMD Rain Alert: From Delhi To Puducherry These Places Will Receive Rainfall In Next Two Days
IMD Weather Forecast: Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir are likely to receive rain today and tomorrow, while Uttarakhand may receive rainfall tomorrow. The weather will be dry in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Gujarat in the coming days.
IMD Rain Alert: During the first two months of this year, many states have received record-breaking rainfall. At the same time, there is a possibility of more rain in the first week of March.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana are expected to receive rainfall today and tomorrow. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of rain in Madhya Pradesh.
According to the MET department, there will be rain in western Rajasthan today and in eastern Rajasthan today and tomorrow. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu, and Kashmir today and tomorrow, while Uttarakhand may experience rain tomorrow.
IMD said this change in weather has taken place due to the new western disturbance.
The wind is likely to blow at a speed of 25 to 35 km per hour in these states. On the other hand, heavy to very heavy rainfall is predicted in Tamil Nadu-Puducherry-Karaikal on March 3 and 4.
Another western disturbance will become active on March 5.
Meanwhile, a low-pressure area has formed over the southeast Bay of Bengal and the south Andaman Sea, resulting in light to moderate rain in the southern parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
During this time, wind can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour. While after yet another western disturbance becomes active, there will be rain in North India from March 5 to 8.
