New Delhi: Ousted AAP leader Kapil Mishra, who alleged he was an "eyewitness" to Jain handing over Rs two crore to Kejriwal, said that he will approach the ACB on Monday to share all "evidence".

"I'm going to the ACB office tomorrow (Monday) at 11 am, in the morning," Kapil Mishra, sacked Delhi cabinet minister said and added that he will going to give two person's names to the ACB in connection with tanker scam, Ashish Talwar and Vibhav Patel.

On Sunday, holding firm to his allegation of Cabinet Minister Satyendar Jain giving Rs. 2 crore to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) ousted leader Kapil Mishra affirmed that people will believe his claims once Jain goes to jail.

"I was there when Jain gave money to Kejriwal and I will inform the ACB and CBI about this. The day Satyendra Jain will go to jail, everything would be revealed. People who are indulged in corruption and who are protecting them should be removed from the party. I have submitted the evidence, now the law will take its course," Kapil Mishra told news agency ANI.

He alleged that his own party AAP had started targeting him after he went to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and submitted the evidences against its ministers.

"The time we lost MCD polls, they said that we faced the defeat due to tampering in EVM. As soon as I wrote the letter to the ACB, they started targeting me," he added.

To target his own party, Kapil Mishra even took to his Twitter handle.
