Two labourers died of suffocation in the Kotgarh area of Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh. To avoid the cold, they had burnt coal in their room, news agency ANI reported.


Seven labourers are undergoing treatment in a local hospital. A case has been registered.

Three Labourers Died As Wall Collapses At Under-Construction Site In Himachal’s Solan


Earlier this month, three labourers died after a wall collapsed at an under-construction site in Himachal Pradesh’s Solan. 








The three victims, who were natives of Nepal, had been residing and working as laborers, according to officials.

Khem Bahadur, 24, and Man Bahadur, 35, were two among the deceased, they continued.


The incident took place in the Sihardi Village in the Dharampur area while the killed men were constructing a private school. Before the wall and the surrounding debris fell, more than 4 feet of the wall had been raised. Officials said that the three labourers were immediately entrapped.

After the incident, senior authorities went to the location to check for anomalies and announced that further legal issues with the building will also be looked into.
