The Health Minister said, during his surprise inspection lack of a managerial system in the hospital was at display.
"I saw that an elderly woman of about 75 years in the hospital needed a stretcher for her son. The guard present did not help the woman get a stretcher and/or carry the stretcher," he said.
During the function, the Health Minister said that arrangements should be made in the hospital, for a need as basic as pulling a stretcher, so that patients do not face any of these problems again.
