In the caption, she wrote a heartfelt message, "Today, on the day of Ashtami, I had to go to the house of my father Rajiv Gandhi's Rakhi sister for Kanya Pujan. Going there brought back many old memories.
Panditji had brought her from Jammu. Her father worked as a watchman. She used to tie rakhi to my father and uncle. Indira Gandhi ji got her married.
She died due to Covid-19. Yesterday, her son told him that he is doing Kanya Pujan without her for the first time, so today I went to her house and did Kanya Pujan."
