Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan thanked all the scientists and said that the country is proud. "The country is proud...I want to thank all the scientists from the bottom of my heart...Under PM Modi's leadership the country has achieved a lot," Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, as quoted by news agency ANI.

Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak gave best wishes to the scientists and said that the entire country. He also hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that India has progressed rapidly in every sector under his leadership. "I want to give my best wishes & pray that Chandrayaan-3 makes a soft landing on the moon. The entire country is waiting. Under PM Modi's leadership India has progressed rapidly in every sector...I salute the scientists," Pathak said.

Congress leader Udit Raj also expressed his happiness over the mission and wished that Chandrayaan 3 has a safe landing so that the purpose of launching it is fulfilled. "I am very happy & hope that Chandrayaan 3 has a safe landing so that the purpose of launching it is fulfilled...Our scientists have worked hard for its soft landing," Udit Raj said.
