Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said on Friday that the first section of the Bullet Train will start within three years, as reported by news agency ANI. On Thursday, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav shared glimpses of the Terminal for India's first bullet train Sabarmati multimodal transport hub, Ahmedabad.
Speaking to reporters on Friday, Jyotiraditya Scindia said said that he recently inspected the Ayodhya airport project along with UP CM Yogi Adityanath and the airport will be fully ready by the end of this month. "I recently inspected the Ayodhya airport project along with UP CM Yogi Adityanath. The Ayodhya airport will be fully ready by the end of this month. I am monitoring the project on a daily basis. PM Modi will inaugurate it," Scindia said.
On the Union Railway budget, Scindia said, "The 2013-14 rail budget was of Rs 29,000 crore, today the rail budget has been increased nine times in nine years to Rs 2 lakh 40 thousand crore".
