NEW DELHI: Union Minister Giriraj Singh in yet another controversial statement has compared the opposition to the likes of Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed and Al Qaeda founder Osama Bin Laden. He said he has "exposed" the faces of those who are against Modi as they are the supporters of Saaed and Bin Laden. "No one has the courage to stand against the development agenda of Narendra Modi. Among those who oppose the prime minister are people who advocate casteism, support Hafiz Saeed and Osama Bin Laden and defend separatists," Singh said. Union Minister Giriraj Singh in yet another controversial statement has compared the opposition to the likes of Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed and Al Qaeda founder Osama Bin Laden. Taking to Twitter the BJP leader said: “Good morning. Maoists, casteists, feudalists and Osama supporters are all standing against the nationalist alliance (NDA). But as the river of development flows, NDA’s boat will sail through easily in 2019 elections.” Singh is no stranger to controversies have has drawn flak in past as well for his statements. In 2014, he asked the "anti-Modi" people to leave Indian and got to Pakistan. On Sunday, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra had said that the Opposition was trying to stop Narendra Modi from returning to power in 2019, it is exactly what Hafiz Saeed wants. Patra also shared a video on Twitter in which Saeed was heard spewing venom against India and challenging Modi.
