Patna: In what may give fresh ammunition to the ruling Janata Dal (United) to take on Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in Bihar, the photograph of Tejashwi Yadav is missing from the posters put up by the opposition party on the streets of state capital Patna.

The posters have photographs of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and former chief minister Rabri Devi along with their elder son Tej Pratap Yadav.

Tejashwi Yadav, the Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly, is, however, missing from the posters put by the RJD regarding a meeting of the party’s students wing.

The meeting of the state office bearers and district heads of the RJD’s students wing is being held on Sunday in the wake of the party’s protests demanding a caste census.

The meeting will be chaired by RJD’s students wing chief Akash Yadav and addressed by Tej Pratap Yadav, the state’s former health minister.

This comes amid reports that political work is divided in the RJD supremo’s family.

The responsibility of the RJD’s students wing is with Tej Pratap Yadav from the very beginning, while Raghopur MLA Tejashwi Yadav has on his shoulders the other responsibilities of the party.

Earlier on Saturday, the RJD leaders and workers staged protests demanding a caste census in Bihar.
