New Delhi: Sunni Waqf Board's lawyer Zafaryab Jilani on Saturday said he was not satisfied with the judgment in the Ayodhya land dispute case. In a historic judgement, the Supreme Court today ruled that the disputed land of 2.77 acre will be given to the Hindus. It directed the Centre to form within three months a trust which will build a temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya. In the Board of trustees, appropriate representation must be given to Nirmohi Akhara, the bench said.

In a unanimous judgment, a 5-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, said the Sunni Waqf Board, which was a party to the title suit, should be given an alternate land somewhere else to build a mosque.

Giving out his first reactions, Geelan said the verdict was not satisfactory, contained several contradictions and incorrect findings. "We will decide whether to file review or not and then take a call on further course of action ," he added.

However, Jilani said the judgment will be respected and appealed for peace.
