Amit Shah Speech: Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development projects for Andaman and Nicobar from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose island today. Addressing the event, Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the opponents. Amit Shah said, "Even today, leaders like Savarkar and Subhash Chandra Bose could still be felt in the air of Andaman. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given India a new identity."


'Justice not done to freedom fighters': Amit Shah


Amit Shah said, "If it wasn't for Sardar Patel, India would not have been where it is today. In a very short time, he united more than three hundred princely states and formed India. But the previous governments did not give him the respect he deserved. The previous governments have forgotten his contribution towards the country." He said that our freedom fighters did no get the justice they deserved.

Amit Shah further said, "Sardar Patel did not get the respect he deserved after independence. But history always repeats itself, and those who deserve respect would get it. So whatever happened in the past stays in the past. We would give our freedom fighters the respect and recognition they deserve."
