NEW DELHI: In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, eyes will be set on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state Gujarat. To gauge the public opinion of the electorate across the nation with regards the Lok Sabha elections, ABP News has conducted its “Desh ka Mood" in Gujarat. According to ABP News and CVoter Survey, BJP-led NDA is ahead of UPA in this election. Out of the total 26 Lok Sabha seats of the state, the NDA is expected to get 24 seats while the UPA is expected to get only two seats.


Vote share in Gujarat

According to the survey, even in the case of vote share, the NDA is much ahead of the UPA. In 2019 assembly elections, the NDA is estimated to get 54.1 percent vote share and UPA 39.1 percent vote share. While others are expected to get 6.8 percent vote share.



What happened in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections?

In 2014, the people of Gujarat were spellbound by PM Modi's magic. The BJP had swept the state and won all 26 seats.

BJP's performance in Assembly Elections-

In the 2017 Assembly elections, BJP party was not able to touch the figure of 100 seats in the state.
