50 Army Jawans 'honey-trapped' by Pakistani Intelligence Agency; 1 arrested

As per reports, the fake Facebook account named Anika Chopra belongs to a secret agency from Pakistan, which operates from Pakistan itself. But, this Pakistan agent has been claiming to be a MNS (Military Nursing Service) nurse. She said that she has been located in Gujarat.

New Delhi: In a fresh revelation by Army Intelligence, at least 50 Army soldiers were in touch with the woman who honey-trapped jawans by pretending as a nurse serving the Army on Facebook.  As per sources, all the jawans who maintained contact with her are on Military Intelligence’s radar. This matter came to light after soldier named Sombir was arrested. He was deployed in Jaisalmer. After a search by security agencies, it was found that woman named Anika Chopra, who he has been talking to for some time, has been contact with 50 other soldiers.   Now, it is being probed if those 50 soldiers revealed important and confidential information about Indian Army to the fake account-woman named Anika. As per reports, the fake Facebook account named Anika Chopra belongs to a secret agency from Pakistan, which operates from Pakistan itself. But, this Pakistan agent has been claiming to be a MNS (Military Nursing Service) nurse. She said that she has been located in Gujarat. As per sources, this is the reason why Sombir got trapped by her and thereafter shared important and sensitive data and videos related to the Army with her. As per sources, Sombir has so far revealed information about secret exercise that was organized by Army in Rajasthan, Armed Brigade deployed at Pakistan border and Arjun Tank and is currently in the custody of Rajasthan Police.
