However, now in a recent tweet by PUBG Mobile India official twitter handle it has been learnt that the feature wasn't an officially introduced restriction and the warning has now been removed with the company claiming it was a ‘system error’. "We're aware of the "Healthy Gaming System" issue that many of you are currently facing and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you! Our development team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible," PUBG Mobile India said in a tweet.
Earlier, when the health safety feature appeared on the screens of many users, people took to multiple forums, Reddit and Twitter to show their displeasure at being restricted to six hours of gameplay. While withdrawing the warning, the company claimed that the feature was a system error that has now fixed.
Besides, the PUBG Mobile payment systems is also back, up and running now. The feature had gone down for some time earlier, however, the company has not disclosed the reason why it had gone down. For the users who had made any payments while the servers were down, the money will be refunded to their account within a few days, the company has said.
The company also seems to altered the Birthday Crate after receiving feedback from multiple users. Earlier, many users said they were not receiving anything from the birthday crate, despite opening it multiple times.
