PUBG Addiction: In a shocking incident, a youth accidentally drank a bottle of acid instead of water while playing PUBG on his mobile phone. The news of yet another youth falling prey of the addictive game, has been reported from Madhya Pradesh, where the youngster got so much engrossed playing the mobile game that he drank a full bottle for acid mistaking it for water.


He was later taken to the hospital to undergo life-saving surgery. According to a report published in CNN News 18, the doctors operated the youth's intestines for 10-long hours. His condition is now said to be out of danger.

However, this is not a first time that such incident that has come to light. The bad effects of addiction to the popular battle royale game PUBG have managed to hit the headlines for quite a time now. In some previous incidents, it has been reported that students and adults are being majorly exploited by the game. Some shocking cases have also surfaced in which it has been reported that due to this game, people are suffering from severe mental health problems.

In one such incident, a man reportedly left his pregnant wife due to his addition to the online game. His PUBG addiction led to arguments between the couple since the man was reportedly staying up all night in order to play PUBG while also neglecting the responsibilities towards the family.
