Hyderabad: The weather in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has become drier due to strong winds blowing from northern India. Temperatures are now hovering above 40 degrees. Winds are strong from the northeast and north in the lower troposphere of Andhra Pradesh and Yanam. Due to this, the weather in Andhra Pradesh will become drier.
According to the Amravati Meteorological Department, daytime temperatures have risen sharply in the noon. However, the cold spell has not abated during the night.
According to the Amravati Meteorological Department, the northern coastal and Yanam areas of Andhra Pradesh will experience humid weather in the afternoon. Daytime temperatures were recorded at 38.5 degrees in Nandigama, 38.2 degrees in Amravati, 37.5 degrees in Visakhapatnam and 37 degrees in Kakinada.
Rayalaseema, South Coastal districts are hot during the day. The temperature in Kurnool, Kadapa, Anantapur and Chittoor districts is between 36 and 40 degrees. On Tuesday, Nandyal recorded 39.5 degrees, Kurnool 38.5 degrees, and Anantapur 38.4 degrees.
Telangana Weather Update
In Khammam, Nalgonda, Bhadradri, Kottagudem and Miryalaguda, the intensity of the heatwave is high.
The maximum temperature will be recorded in Suryapeta, Mahabubabad, Nalgonda, Bhadradri, Mulugu, Peddapalli, Rajanna Sirisilla, Jagtial, Nirmal and Nizamabad districts in the eastern part of the state, said the Hyderabad Meteorological Department.
In some places, the weather becomes dry, with daytime temperatures of 40 degrees. The maximum temperature was recorded at 40 degrees in Nalgonda, 39 degrees in Bhadrachalam, 38 degrees in Mahabubnagar and 37 degrees in Hyderabad.
