Kokata: Calcutta High Court has postponed the verdict of two petitions that were in proceeding of judgement, one filed by Suvendu Adhikari for legal immunity against case of stolen Amphan Tarpaulin, and the second one, Narada case hearing.

Applying for legal immunity in the case filed against him for stealing Amphan Tarpaulin in Kanthi Municipality, the verdict has put the BJP MLA from Nandigram, in an uncomfortable position. The rescheduled date has been fixed for Friday. The plea will be heard by Justice Kaushik Chanda and Bench.


The verdict for much anticipated Narada case has also been postponed. The final hearing is possibly scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday by the largest Bench of the state High Court. However developments in Supreme Court will be important in this regard.
