Authorities sealed three illegally constructed farmhouses, including one belonging to Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi, located near Damdama lake at Sohna on Tuesday, a senior official of the department of town and country planning (DTCP) said. "These were unauthorised farmhouses in the reservoir area of the lake. All three farmhouses have been sealed. These were developed in the Aravalli range without any permission", said District Town Planner (DTP) Amit Madholia.

President Murmu On 2-Day Visit To Haryana
President Droupadi Murmu will visit Haryana from November 29 to 30, a statement issued on Monday by the Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
The president will grace the International Gita Seminar in Kurukshetra on Tuesday, it said.
On the occasion, she will also virtually launch the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sarvekshan Yojana, the Haryana e-ticketing projects for all public road transport facilities and lay the foundation stone for a medical college in Sirsa, it said.
On the same day, the president will address the 18th convocation of NIT Kurukshetra.
In the evening, she will attend a civic reception at Haryana Raj Bhavan in Chandigarh to be hosted in her honour by the government of Haryana.
Rajnath Singh To Attend Ex-Servicemen Welfare Dept Event In Delhi
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is slated to attend an event organised here by the ex-servicemen welfare department on Tuesday, officials said.
He will be the chief guest at fourth edition of the Armed Forces Flag Day Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Conclave, the defence ministry said in a statement.
The event aims at highlighting the measures by the Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare towards rehabilitation, resettlement and welfare of veterans, widows and their dependents and mobilising CSR support towards these efforts, it said.
On the occasion, a new website for the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund (AFFDF) will be launched by Singh.
The new website is an interactive and user-friendly portal developed to promote online contribution to the AFFDF. The minister will also release the anthem for this year's promotional campaign for the Armed Forces Flag Day and felicitate prominent CSR contributors to the fund.
