The main matter related to the challenge to arrest will also be taken on the same day,” PTI quoted saying.
Judge Khanna, who was seated separately from Justices MM Sundresh and Bela M Trivedi, made the statement in response to a request for clarification regarding the listing of Kejriwal's plea by Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, who was representing the Center in a case involving the Goods and Services Tax.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader was arrested on March 21 and currently, he has been lodged in Tihar Jail under judicial custody.
