The focus with this variant seems to be about providing premium features at an affordable price point as an attractive offering for a wide costumers base.

With the launch of our ‘New Forever’ range of vehicles earlier this year, we promised to keep our products fresh and up to date with the changing customers’ demands," Tata Motors' statement read.
In a release, Tata Motors further stated that the new Nexon XM(S) is available in both petrol and diesel variants with two transmission options - manual and automated manual transmission (AMT).

Nexon XM(S) also retains the existing features of its predecessor Nexon XM such as the electronic stability program, driver and co-driver airbags, hill hold control, ConnectNext infotainment system, among others.
