PICS: Pregnant Sameera Reddy goes traditional for her 'Godh Bharai', wears a kanchivaram silk saree for baby shower!

Akshai Varde, the founder of Vardenchi(Custom bike builder company) launched their first Lifestyle Garage Flagship store In Mumbai recently and the event was attended by stars Suniel Shetty, Gul Panag, 'Bigg Boss 7' winner Gauahar Khan and TV star Karan Tacker too. Sameera also revealed in an interview that she met Akshai on film sets for the first time when he was delivering a custom-made bike for the shoot.

Two months ago in April, a friend of Sameera's flew down from New York and hosted a surprise Baby Shower for Sameera.

Sameera has been constantly updating her #preggodiaries on social media and the actress had recently opened up on her postpartum depression she suffered after her last delivery 3 years ago

8 months pregnant Sameera shared a few initial pictures while prepping for the day for which she chose a beautiful yellow and red kanjivaram saree going all traditional on her 'Godh Bharai'.

Sameera also posted a picture with her mom-in-law writing in text on the pic- "My coolest MIL who i am so grateful to have". The tattoo on Akshai's mom's hand just can't be missed.

A day before her Baby shower, Sameera also did her pregnancy photo shoot wearing a black dress looking gorgeous flaunting her huge baby bump.

38-year-old, Sameera Reddy got married in January 2014 in Mumbai with entrepreneur husband Akshai Varde. The couple is expecting their second child together, they are already parents to 3-year-old son Hans who was born in 2015.

However now the family hosts the official Baby Shower ceremony and here we see the mother-in-law Manjri Varde looking stylish at the Godh Bharai of her bahu Sameera.

Sameera, who debuted with Pankaj Udhas' music video 'Aur Aahista Keejiye Baatein' in 1998, has also appeared in various Bollywood films including 'Race', 'Taxi Number 9211' and 'De Dana Dan'. She also did multiple Tamil and Telugu films.
