Rani's director from 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', Karan Johar is quite close to her and more to her husband Aditya. In a recent interview with Filmfare magazine, Karan Johar revealed that Rani Mukerji is obsessive about Adira, I met Rani and Adi (Aditya) in Europe and spent some time with them. I kept teasing Rani by calling her Mother India because she's obsessive about her daughter. We're all amused about that. Adi and I are always laughing about how hysterical she is, but she's lovely.

Her full letter reads - I love my baby Adira.. Can't live or bredthe without her.. My life has changed.. But For the better.. But having a baby id so scary.. Because you suddenly stop living for yourself.. You live for your child.. As she has given birth to you.. A Mother..I can't sleep at night.. I can't get sleep in the day.. I often think about all the zillions of mothers who have given birth.. Do they all go through the same anxiety.. Or Is It only me??? I salute all mothers! I am eternally greatful to the Almighty to have given me this blessing In the form of Adira. I don't know If anyone understands me at this point of my life.. But I'm going with the flow.. I let anyone and everyone say things to me without me reacting... sometimes reacting also.. I've become much calmer.. More patient... And more forgiving.. It happened overnight one day suddenly.. I realised I have changed.. Again for the better I guess. I hope I can bring up Adira beautifully.. Without any fears.. Brave.. Wise.. Clever.. Disciplined.. Well mannered.. I want everyone to be proud of her.. Even if nobody Is.. I will always be proud of her.. Encourage her to follow her heart. Not get bullied ever. Not be pressurized fir anything in life. Here's the first glimpse of the very famous star kid that was much awaited. The tweet by YRF's official handle was posted at 12am and it's stealing hearts already. Look at Mommy Rani posing with her sleeping beauty! Awww! Rani jotted down a heartfelt letter for her little one too.

Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra's princess Adira turns 1 today and the doting parents chose an amazing way to bring in their daughter's first birthday.

Finally the parents have released one picture and a letter along with it which is written by her mother Rani, on the eve of Adira's 1st birthday.

Adira made a Paris trip recently when her Dad Aditya was directing Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor in 'Befikre'. Rani was once surrounded by fans while carrying Adira too and that wsn't a pleasant experience for her.

However, some unknown baby pictures(like here in this Pic) did find way into initial reports right after Adira's birth wondering if it's actually Adira! But YRF kept denying it. Obviously Rani's fans were too eager to take a look at her beautiful daughter!

Born on 9th December 2015, Adira (name formed with Aditya and Rani's name initials) was never brought out in public by her parents, nor any of her pictures ever found way on the Internet. This pic was clicked at Mumbai airport when Rani was spotted carrying Adira, Shutterbugs went crazy trulying to capture the mother and daughter but Rani lashed out at them
