The country is gearing up for the Ramlala consecration ceremony that is to be held on January 22 at Ayodhya Ram Mandir, preparations of which are underway. The lavish ceremony will be attended by notable people spanning across different profiles- from actors, sportspersons to businessmen and politicians. Ahead of the consecration ceremony, PM Modi paid a visit to Shree Kalaram Temple In Nashik where he engaged with the priets in bhajans.

In addition, with only a few days remaining until the Pran-Pratishtha of Bhagwan Shri Ram in Ayodhya, PM Modi has embarked on a special 11-day Anushthan.


Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, "Only 11 days are left for the consecration of Ramlala in Ayodhya. I am fortunate that I will also be a witness to this auspicious occasion. The Lord has made me an instrument to represent all the people of India during the consecration. Keeping this in mind, I am starting a special ritual of 11 days from today. I am seeking blessings from all the people. At this moment, it is very difficult to express my feelings in words, but I have tried from my side…"






Talking about the consecration ceremony of Ramlala, the 'Pran Pratishtha' puja will begin at 11:30 AM on January 22 and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the eminent guests from 12:30 PM. To ensure the ceremony is conducted in a smooth manner, several rules, including forbidden items and dress code, have been established regarding the security of the consecration ceremony.
