1. April 7: Good Friday
So, here is when you can plan a three-day trip (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to a nearby place to get refreshed and return to work with a lot of energy and rigour.
2. May 5: Buddha Purnima
Buddha Purnima falling on Friday gives you another consecutive 3 days off. Also, with the onset of summer, you can quickly beat the heat in some cool places and get refreshed.
3. August 29: Onam & August 30- Raksha Bandhan

This is the time for one of the biggest Hindu festivals and a perfect time for travelling. You can plan a trip to some of the famous tourist spots and also enjoy the festivities at the same time.
6. November 12: Diwali
Although this year Diwali falls on Sunday, this is another time that calls for a vacation. With Choti Diwali, Dhanteras, Govardhan Puja and Bhai Dooj, this is another holiday time that you can enjoy with your friends and family.
