New Delhi: Even after recovering from Covid-19, people are still worried about the long-term effects of Covid. Some of its symptoms remain in the body for months. People are often confused that in spite of testing negative for Covid-19 report why are they not feeling better.


According to some studies, in patients who took a long time to recover from Covid-19, there is a greater impact in some parts of the body some can take months to recover completely in spite of getting a negative report. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has reported some specific symptoms of long Covid.

Fatigue - Even after recovering from Covid-19, some people feel tired all the time. People feel tired with little to no physical activity or in some cases mental activity. They don't feel energetic, if this happens to you often, contact your doctor.


Brain Fog - This is the most common symptom of prolonged Covid-19. The patient has trouble remembering this properly, even after trying hard, it's difficult to remember things. It has an impact on daily activities, including work.


Breathing Problems - Many people experience trouble breathing, chest pain, and congestion. It affects their whole body and they cannot sleep properly. Although it is not a serious condition and gets cured on its own, you should get timely check-ups with your doctor. 


Body Pain - It is advised that if you face long term aches and pain in different parts of your body then you should consult your doctor. Apart from this, headaches, disturbed sleep, difficulty in walking is some of the symptoms of long term Covid-19.
