How to make vinegar onions 


If you want to make a restaurant-like vinegar onion, you need to use baby onions for it. The smaller the onion, the sweeter will be the taste. 


You have to cut the onion into four parts to prepare vinegar onions. You have to remove the root of the onion. Place the onions in a ceramic container or a glass container which will make it look more presentable.


Vinegar Onion Recipe


1- First add 1 teaspoon of sugar to a pan and prepare the caramel. 
2- Now add 1 cup of water to it. Then add 1 teaspoon of whole pepper and 1 bay leaf and boil the water.
3- This will help preserve the vinegar onions for longer and also enhance their taste.
4- Now add 1 cup plain water with green chillies to the jar in which the onion is to be placed. You can skip green chilis if you don't want to add them.
5- Now add 1 cup of white vinegar, followed by the boiled water after straining the latter.
6- To bring a restaurant-like red color, you put 2-4 pieces of beetroot in it. 
7- It will make the onion look very good and will not taste different.
8- Close the lid properly. You can store this onion in a glass box for 1 week in the fridge.
