How Celebrity Fitness Will Revive Post Covid-19 World, Explains Fitness Trainer Pranit Shilimkar

With lockdown restrictions still in place, maintaining fitness routine has become harder as no parks are open and not everyone has basic equipment at home to workout.

Celebrity fitness is one of the most talked about industries in today's time. At a time when Coronavirus outbreak has brought the entire country to a standstill, several industries have faced wrath of the contagion. One of these industries is fitness and wellness. With lockdown restrictions still in place, maintaining fitness routine has become harder as no parks are open and not everyone has basic equipment at home to workout. Adding to it, the diet is at stake because everyone sitting at home are munching food that ideally they should have avoid otherwise. Pranit Shilimkar, a celebrity fitness coach and the founder of Fitness Talks, popular for his celebrity transformation stories, shared his experience about the current situation and said: "It will gain a momentum, I feel. People will take a healthy lifestyle more seriously and the ones who have gained weight in this period will definitely rush to the gym." Stuck in the lock down it's hard to maintain fitness, but Pranit's determination and constant motivation makes him comfort his client and the transformation becomes ease. Pranit shares, "It's not easy to motivate and make clients get up and workout especially in such a lazy environment. But I don't like giving up. Luckily, I have got clients who listen to me and follow the plan properly. But it's very important for everyone to focus on their health owing to the COVID-19 and it's lock down. Health can't be risked for a longer duration." Speaking about his experience while working with actress Swara Bhaskar, Pranit said, "Swara is obedient. She follows the workout properly and it's so positive to work with someone who has equal high spirit. It's an amazing experience for me too. Looking forward to our planned transformation." When asked about how important does general fitness become at times like this, he said: "It's very crucial. It's helps one stay strong on their immunity front also. Just sitting and hogging will make them lethargic and less competent." Sharing his success story, he said, happiness of seeing the transformation in a client is always a success story for me. We took up the 30 days challenge in the lock down and my celebrity friends and clients tagged along. It was so fun. Such small bits are true success.
